Our client is a multinational information technology services and consulting company across 90 countries.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our recruitment database
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Fluent in English and Latvian (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum of 1-year experience in recruitment
- Experience in the customer service industry as a recruiter is a plus
- Background in BPO is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: 1500 - 1600EUR Gross
