Input and verification of work schedules, granting and calculation of bonuses and allowances in accordance with company policy;
Organizing personnel management processes (preparation and circulation of employment contracts, directives, and other documents);
Checking and processing documents submitted by employees in the personnel management system (absences, deduction directives, compensations, and other documents);
Maintaining personnel data and preparing various reports and statements;
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations area;
Knowledge and understanding of the Labor Law of the Republic of Latvia and other regulatory acts;
Experience working with personnel management systems such as Horizon, Axapta, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or others, as well as good computer skills;
Excellent knowledge of Latvian and good knowledge of English language.
Recruitment Coordinator
Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our recruitment database
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability

Fluent in English and Latvian (additional languages are a plus)

Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements
