Job description:
- Input and verification of work schedules, granting and calculation of bonuses and allowances in accordance with company policy;
- Organizing personnel management processes (preparation and circulation of employment contracts, directives, and other documents);
- Checking and processing documents submitted by employees in the personnel management system (absences, deduction directives, compensations, and other documents);
- Maintaining personnel data and preparing various reports and statements;
- Providing guidance to employees on various personnel management issues;
- Communication and cooperation with Baltic colleagues in Latvian and English languages.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations area;
- Knowledge and understanding of the Labor Law of the Republic of Latvia and other regulatory acts;
- Experience working with personnel management systems such as Horizon, Axapta, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or others, as well as good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian and good knowledge of English language.

Monthly Salary:
Salary range is 1700 - 2100 Eur Gross.
