The core purpose of this role is to manage office, administrative and virtual work related duties for GSBS, assist EMEA Operations Director GSBS in day to day tasks. Responsible for providing a full spectrum of effective, confidential administrative shared support to the EMEA Operations Director GSBS, and direct reports, and act as the representative within the business.
Job description:
- Ensuring proactive diary management;
- The effective and professional management of correspondence for the ensuring all travel arrangements;
- Organising meetings and events with a Global mindset, including the arrangement of relevant logistics, agenda, and managing pre-read material;
- Taking minutes of meetings and creating letters/documents and emails at the highest standard;
- Providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the EMEa operations Director GSBS;
- Compiling and submitting expense requests on behalf of EMEA Operations Director GSBS and raising purchase requests.
- Fluent in English;
- Competency in PowerPoint (considered an anvatage);
- Good relationship building skills;
- Strong organisation skills, particularly in relation to diary and event project management;
- Strong time management skills;
- Confidence in decision making;
