Job description: 

About the Role:

The core purpose of this role is to oversee all GSBS Operations training programs for Order Processing and Accounts Payable teams and maximise the benefits through the result of driving optimal use of a training platform. The objective of the role is to grasp the needs and requirements of customers and suppliers, facilitating the development of effective customer and supplier experiences and optimizing the cost-to-serve benefits.

Job description:

  • Developing training modules for GSBS Operations to support the service delivery of our customers and suppliers;
  • Refining training strategies to enhance overall performance & customer/supplier satisfaction;
  • Passionately lead the team in the delivery of an exceptional customer experience;
  • Implementing efficient quality assurance processes;
  • Undertaking all people management processes in line with company guidelines;
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives;
  • Working closely with all GSBS Team Leaders to ensure consistency of process across the EMEA GSBS.
Requirements: 
  • Experience in training-focused environment;
  • Previous experience in a leadership or coach role in a customer service environment;
  • Previous experience in creating training solutions;
  • Experience working with CRM/ERP systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to measure and monitor the performance of team;
  • Latvian language skills;
  • English language skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.

Monthly Salary: 

2500 – 2700 GROSS depending on the candidates experience.
