To raise the brand awareness, work with public relations, build strong brand in Latvia.
Solid managerial experience in B2C and strong leadership skills
Culture of ownership, positive and hands-on attitude
Marketing experience - understanding of local market regarding bigger campaigns.
Business oriented mindset - successful experience in leading business, operational experience, decisions based on data.
Experience in leading business development projects or opening new branches - from evaluation of location till hiring personnel and building customer base.
