Our client - SIA “Circle K Business Center” is a part of the international company Circle K group, which is the leading motor fuel trader in the Baltic and Scandinavian countries with more than 100 years of experience.
The company has been operating in Latvia since 2012 with the aim of providing centralized accounting, financial, IT, personnel administration, and customer support services to offices and gas stations in 8 countries where Circle K operates. Since October 2016, it also operates in Poland, mainly providing IT support for Circle K service stations.
Job description:

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Take care of our customers via phone and email
- Be responsible for card support and account administration
- Manage new orders and registrations
- Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products
- Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers
Requirements:
- You love to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
- Fluency in English and Swedish (verbal and written, at least C1 level)
- You like to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
- Eager to learn new things and develop their skills
- Previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage)

Monthly Salary:
1500– 1700 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
