Companies new IT division is now located in Riga.
Job description:
- To ensure legality of business activity and documents;
- Prepare documents necessary for the commercial activity of the company;
- Negotiate legal cases, projects and documents;
- Review and prepare policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure business activities meet regulatory obligations;
- Contract analysis and reporting;
- Consulting and negotiating with internal and external customers;
- Represent company before state authorities, institutions and in relations with third parties;
- Consult senior management and create decision papers;
- Participate in international projects within the Deutsche Telekom Group;
Requirements:
- University degree in law
- Experience in the field 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Latvian and EU law and corporate law
- Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and labor law is a plus
- Project management skills
- Experience in MS Office tools
- Ability to express and defend the opinion
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, good communication and cooperation skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
- Fluent in Latvian and English, Russian or/and German is a plus

Monthly Salary:
2500-3500 EUR Gross, depending on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
