Your primary responsibilities will include:
- HR process administration
- Realize labor law measures and handle with Disability Affairs
- Coordinate operational and personnel-related staff assignment
- Coordinate suppliers of HR services
- Coordinate activities of HR Generalist
- You love to communicate with people
- Fluency in Latvian, English and Russian
- Experience with payroll (SAP) and benefits
- Experience with employment law and regulations
- Coordination and leadership skills
- Experience in field of activity 3+ years
- Health Insurance (within the 1st day of employment)

2800– 3500 EUR Gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
