- Develop and implement a data-based sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for consistent revenue growth
- Manage, grow, and coach the sales team
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities
- Utilize strong analytical skills for data-driven sales decisions

- Previous successful experience in human resource management and leading a sales team
- Previous successful B2B sales of physical products (preference for experience with agricultural products, grains, fuel, tractors, and similar products)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written English and Latvian language skills
- Charisma, the ability to motivate people, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a "yes, we can" attitude
- Experience in international trade, animal feed, or protein trade is a plus
