Job description:

Your role in the company:
We are looking for an ambitious and capable Product Manager to join the team and help the company to succeed! You will lead development of an exciting new desktop audio product family that will bring new features for the people who game on PC, stream and create audio on desktop computers. You will be a key part of the team defining and shaping the vision of the product. You will own the implementation and delivery of the product, working closely with our development teams, international partners and other stakeholders to implement the vision in a world class product.

Responsibilities:

Plan and communicate product development roadmap by translating product vision into specific milestones and agile sprint-level plans.
Ensure delivery of product within agreed deadlines by working closely with engineering, design and QA teams.
Own the full sprint lifecycle: backlog grooming, epic/story decomposition, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
Ensure high standards of UX/UI in order to create a user friendly product, translate those into clear development objectives and tasks.
Drive feature discovery, user research and validation
Monitor competition
Manage and evolve the product knowledge base
Communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience managing technically complex software product development across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong interest in understanding audio creation and playback, audio devices and trends, technical aspects of audio. Deeper familiarity with audio is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience in product leadership, track record of bringing products to the market.
Technical background and understanding of system and hardware level development is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex design challenges.
Experience with Agile development approach.
Interest in leveraging AI tools in product development workflows.
Strong command of the English language for communication with team members and international partners.

Monthly Salary:

From 4500 - 5500 EUR
