Our client - Techtronic Industries Nordic - are a well-consolidated company, which markets and sells a wide range of power tools, hand tools, outdoor products, accessories, and PPE equipment under the market leading brands MILWAUKEE®, AEG® and Ryobi®.

They sell through a large network of distributors in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Their end customers are typically professional users and quality conscious DIY people. 

For this position we are looking for a Job Site Solutions specialist (JSS) to strengthen Milwaukee’s position in Estonian market.

Job description: 
  • Develop MILWAUKEE's position in Estonia's end-user market, preferably based in or near Tallinn.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to: Construction shops, Machine shops, Tool rental companies, Maintenance facilities, Other professional users of power tools
  • Present and promote MILWAUKEE's product range, focusing on power tools and accessories.
  • Educate customers and refer them to dealers.
  • Focus on battery-powered technology adoption to replace pneumatic tools, increasing efficiency and sustainability.
  • Maintain close collaboration with distributors and the Job Site Solutions team to identify business opportunities and convert end-users to Milwaukee’s cordless systems.
  • Work remotely (home office), but spend most of your time visiting clients using a fully equipped product demo vehicle.

Further tasks:

  • Plan and implement sales and market activities, including participation in local/national sales events, trade fairs, etc.
  • Implement and follow-up on sales plans and budgets/work out relevant analysis and reports.
  • Contribute to the Nordic Automotive category development through feedback to Nordic product management.
Requirements: 
  • Proven sales experience in targeted markets (e.g., construction, tools).
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • You are motivated by building something new, rather than administering something existing.
  • Fluent in Estonian and proficient in English (B2+ level) as well as experience with the MS Office suite.
  • Holds a valid Class B driver’s license.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Nordic organizations or multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP.

Monthly Salary: 

Salary range: 2800-3500 EUR/ gross monthly + Quarterly Sales Bonus
