- Provide strategic leadership and vision for all aspects of our IT systems and infrastructure ensuring alignment with its business goals;
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term goals;
- Leverage technology and an enabler to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation;
- Establish efficient processes, policies, standards, and performance measurements to effectively manage IT work;
- Develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
- Communicate and collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to understand and define business needs and implement solutions;
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions;
- Develop and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Previous experience as CTO/Head of Engineering/CIO role at least 5 years, preferably managing remote international teams;
- Previous experience in creating infrastructure and managing IT teams in the fintech industry, preferably in lending.
- Excellent leadership skills including problem-solving, communication, and employee development;
- Strong strategic thinking and business way of thinking with a demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with organization goals;
- Proven track record of success in leading software development teams working with multiple products and in different locations;
- Solid understanding of IT Technologies and project management tools;
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues in English.
