WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER I SEND YOU MY CV?

You applied to job ad or sent your CV/contacts to us. What’s next? Although situations differ and we cannot guarantee 100% however we ensure you that your application is being handled following these guidelines:

After receiving your CV we upload it to our database accessible to all of our recruiters.
If we have vacancy that you might be a good fit for we reach out to you via email/phone to introduce the opportunity. However if we don‘t have suitable positions at that moment you might hear from us later (when our clients ask us to find professionals like you).
After you have reviewed the job offer and find it interesting, we invite you to an interview (unless we have met already recently).
Successful interview with us means that we send the information about you (CV, contacts, remarks) to our client and update you all along the process (which can last anywhere from 1 day to a couple of months)
We value feedback – we know candidates do as well. Whenever we are in a position to share feedback with candidates after interviews we would always do that. Likewise, we are looking forward to hearing your opinion so we can improve your experience as a candidate with us.
