Job description:
Our client, Fima is looking for a Project manager. This person is going to run a high-budget strategic international project, as well as other projects, related to transportation, civil engineering and other.
The person, entering this position, will be responsible for the whole process flow, including the people management, preparation of documents, budgeting, negotiating etc. Here are some of the tasks one will be conducting:
- Organize and manage communication with the customer, subcontractors, partners, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor project execution quality, deadlines (work schedules) and finances (cash flow, budget, profit and loss, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize material purchases
- Lead and coordinate the project team and their work processes
- Prepare internal and external project reports and documentation
- Coordinate the movement of employees and equipment between the objects
- Lead the team of 80-100 Fima workers plus subcontractors
- Follow and procure the security/ safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in managing large (over 1 m EUR) engineering projects
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the field of electricity (medium and high voltage), energy etc.
- Experience with Design & Build projects
- Advanced skills in finance and resource planning
- Fluent Latvian; strong English and Russian skills
- Experience in conducting projects with Latvian Railways will be considered an advantage
- Work experience as a project manager with OCL systems will be considered an advantage
- Construction management and project management certificates will be considered an advantage

Monthly Salary:
3000-5000 EUR Gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
